Greetings, I'm Sequoia!
Recently I took a 17 day road trip in an RV from Sacramento, CA through Bakersfield, CA, out Route 66, to Sedona, AZ, to the Verdi River, continued to the Grand Canyon, AZ, all the way to Zion, UT, dropping down into Red Rocks outside of Las Vegas before making the trek forward to Sacramento. The journey had a purpose, a point of focus. Along the way, there were discoveries, necessary shifts, redirections that all contributed to the unfolding of a process, a struggle, that had been going on deep within me for many months, however had not seen clearly. Upon returning home, the true meaning of the journey began unfolding with crystal clear clarity. I realized that all along I had been following a sacred map created by my heart. I created this 17 day virtual journey to share with you the various practices, meditations, visualizations, sound healing, and movement explorations to guide you along in a journey of self discovery and renewal to spark your creativity, reignite your passion, and embody your unique, authentic, self.

Come on a journey with me...
There is an inner message that has begun to surface. Perhaps it’s buried in the depths that lingers in the back of the mind occasionally showing up as a longing, an inspirational thought, or a bright flashing moment of awareness. It may be covered by apathy, frustration, fear, habits, and old beliefs. Most of the time, another thought surfaces, another situation unfolds, life calls, laundry needs to be done, there’s work, social engagements, and we move so quickly past this thought, this feeling, this bright idea, or feeling of inspiration, that we miss it. Sometimes the message gets so loud or so obvious that it starts manifesting more frequently in external really obvious circumstances. It may be easy to ignore at first. Eventually it starts showing up in our relationships, careers, health, and everyday life more frequently. As time goes on, it will require more and more effort to conceal it. We can choose to continue to run from the message, flit around pretending we don’t hear or slow down, listen, observe, and open to receive. This is a fun and creative way to dig into the depths and see what is possible.
